Instructions for Use:
  1. Type in or Cut and Paste your search terms, or queries, in the search box provided.
  2. Your search terms can be entered as a column or as comma separated items.
  3. Batch size maximums:
    10 queries for Free Users.
    100 queries for Basic members.
    500 queries for Pro members with two sites selected.
    1000 queries for Pro members with one site selected.
  4. Select up to two sites to search at one time.
  5. Enter your “Max. Results per Search Term” in the box provided. The application can deliver the first webpage of results - up to 99 results per search term.
  6. Click the “Start Search” button.
  7. Search results will appear in the output grid provided. Many factors affect processing speed; typically, batches comprised of only a few queries will process in seconds and the largest batches can take several minutes.
  8. Search results will be returned in the order the terms were entered, tracked by the “ID” column, and retain an indexed format for easy side-by-side site comparisons.
  9. Clicking your search term in the “Listings” column should link you to the master listings as they appear at your selected web site.
  10. Clicking any “Result” column item should link you to the individual search result listing, which may be linked away from the site originally searched.
  11. Members may click “Save Search” to save their output grid and perform additional sorting, filtering, or other data management functions. The default save is to Excel – a “Save As” dialogue box will appear if Excel is not detected automatically.
  12. Members may request new sites of common interest for inclusion into our site inventory by using the Request A Site link. The application to batch search these sites will be of generic design and will be added periodically free of charge.
    Website owners and those requesting specialty sites may use the Add Your Site link. The application to batch search these sites will be built to your specifications; your price and delivery quote will be emailed to you after we have received your fully completed request form.
